Information you share
When you send an inquiry, we collect the contact details and message you provide. When you apply for a role, we collect your name, email, CV, role selection and any location, professional link or note you include. We record submission time and your consent.
How it is used
We use this information to understand your request, respond and discuss relevant services or opportunities. Please keep passwords, confidential code and sensitive personal information out of an initial message.
Storage and technical data
Applications, CV attachments and inquiries are sent to Calaven’s private Trello board, where authorised reviewers manage them. They are not published on this website. Trello and Cloudflare process information needed to provide these services. The website does not keep a separate application database or CV store. Hosting providers may process technical information, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the service.
Booking and external services
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. Loading and using it shares the technical and booking information needed by that service. Cal.com, WhatsApp, Facebook and your email provider have their own privacy practices.
Cookies
Calaven does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts to this website. The hosting platform may use cookies and technical logs for access and security. The embedded booking provider may use its own cookies.
